First, I love to start off by stating that I am a Wife and a Military Mom. In 2016 we made Florida our permanent residence. I was lucky enough to marry my best friend and a Floridian. I proudly raised my children in NY.  Two are Army veterans, that settled down in Florida. I also have 1 daughter in New York and my youngest son is still serving our country in the United States Marines Corps.

For years we had our vacation home in Florida. We loved our time here, however, we spent much of our vacation fixing things and learning all the challenges of being a distant homeowner. Realizing that an advocate to help take care of my investment would have brought me peace of mind!
